中西方时间取向差异对比研究

【摘要】：时间取向是非语言交际的要素之一。中西方在时间取向方面存在着巨大差异,极易导致跨文化交际中的误解和冲突。以Edward Twitchell Hall的单维度时间和多维度时间理论以及Kluckhohn和Strodtbeck的时间取向理论为基础,分析比较中西方时间取向的差异,以避免交际中的误解和失败,进而成功地实现跨文化交际。
[Abstract]:Time orientation is one of the elements of non-verbal communication. There are great differences in time orientation between China and the West, which can easily lead to misunderstandings and conflicts in cross-cultural communication. Based on Edward Twitchell Hall's theory of one-dimensional time and multi-dimension time and Kluckhohn's and Strodtbeck's theory of time orientation, this paper analyzes and compares the differences of time orientation between China and the West in order to avoid misunderstandings and failures in communication, and then successfully realize cross-cultural communication.
