基层文化服务枢纽:乡镇综合文化站的困境与出路——基于嘉鱼县乡镇综合文化站的研究
[Abstract]:Township integrated cultural station is the hub of grass-roots cultural service and plays a key role in grass-roots public cultural service. However, the comprehensive cultural station in Jiayu County has undergone the reform of the rural cultural system, that is, after the reform of the Hubei Provincial Station and the establishment of a new mechanism of "keeping things by money", the social operation and restructuring have been carried out. The township comprehensive culture station has not only changed in orientation and function, but also appeared a lot of problems. The future trend of township comprehensive culture station is not only one of the key problems in Jiayu County, but also one of the key problems on how to develop the public cultural service at the grass-roots level. It seems that it is a feasible mode for the township integrated culture station to cultivate the socialized comprehensive cultural station into a pivotal social organization.
