《公共文化服务保障法》之内容分析——基于布尔迪厄文化社会学视角

【摘要】：[目的/意义]从布尔迪厄文化社会学的视角对《公共文化服务保障法》的内容进行解读,揭示公共文化建设良性发展的实践路径。[方法/过程]引入布尔迪厄文化社会学的三大概念分析工具:惯习、资本、场域,分析布尔迪厄文化社会学理论对于解读《公共文化服务保障法》的适用性,进而从文化身份认同、文化权利保障、文化生态平衡以及文化建设良性发展4个层面对该法案内容进行深入分析与阐释。在此基础上,提出公共文化建设良性发展模型,并对该法的应用与发展进行思考与展望。[结果/结论]培育文化主体的文化身份认同感、强化文化资本的文化权利保障力、维护文化环境的文化生态平衡是公共文化良性发展的3条实践路径,3条路径间具有协同共生的内在关系。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of Bourdieu's cultural sociology, this paper interprets the contents of the Public Cultural Service guarantee Law and reveals the practical path for the benign development of public cultural construction. [method / process] introduce three conceptual analysis tools of Bourdieu's cultural sociology: habit, capital, field, and analyze the applicability of Bourdieu's theory of cultural sociology to the interpretation of the Public Cultural Service guarantee Law. Then the content of the bill is deeply analyzed and explained from the four aspects of cultural identity, cultural rights protection, cultural ecological balance and the benign development of cultural construction. On this basis, the model of benign development of public culture construction is put forward, and the application and development of this law are considered and prospected. [results / conclusion] Fostering the cultural identity of the cultural subject and strengthening the cultural rights protection of cultural capital, Maintaining the cultural ecological balance of the cultural environment is the internal relationship between the three practical paths and the three paths of the benign development of public culture.
