与学校合作:青少年宫教育发展的新途径

【摘要】:随着我国经济、文化、科技等日新月异的发展,教育事业取得了巨大的进步,有必要对校外教育的发展做进一步的研究探索。青少年宫作为校外教育的典型性机构,在校外教育中占据了主导地位。青少年宫如何寻求新途径,如何与学校相互合作,共同提高青少年的核心素养,促进其身心全面发展已成为值得探讨的课题。青少年宫与学校合作是大教育背景下的必然趋势,对双方合作进行研究有一定的理论意义和实际意义。通过各种研究方法对我国青少年宫和学校合作的相关问题进行分析论述,进一步讨论两者合作的方式、策略等,为青少年全面发展提供有力的理论基础,更好地分享、分配教育资源,共同服务于青少年的全面和谐发展。青少年宫教育发展经历了四个时期,走向新世纪的青少年宫教育越来越成熟。青少年宫教育是我国教育改革的试验田,为学生开拓了新的视野,可以极大满足学生的兴趣,可以展现个性才华,可以极大的培养自信心,培养团队协作能力,是全面发展的大课堂,是进行社会教育的重要途径。青少年宫与学校教育合作是可行性的、必要的。通过收集调查问卷的形式,了解青少年宫教育现状,进一步论证青少年宫和学校合作的必要性。既可以进一步达到素质教育的要求,又能够整合教育资源,避免教育资源的不足和浪费,从而培养出更高层次的人才。两者的合作不仅符合教学改革的要求,可以弥补学校教育的不足,又是培养学生核心素养,整合校外教育资源,减轻学生教育负担的需要。目前青少年宫与学校之间的关系主要有四种:一宫多校式,多宫多校式,学校兼办青少年宫式,互联网与青少年宫合作式。虽然形式不同,但却有一个相同的目标,通过青少年宫与学校合作,共同为学生创造良好的环境,促进青少年的全面发展。但由于政府对青少年宫教育功能的不重视,青少年宫功能拓展不平衡,学校与青少年宫未能进行有效合作,社会对青少年宫教育认识不全面等原因造成了青少年宫与学校合作的不理想。青少年宫参与到学校的教育培训中,两者相互协作,共同服务于学生的身心健康全面发展。通过教育理念的转变,制定完善的政策,加大经费投入,设立青少年宫与学校合作委员会,构建“三点一面”的教育体系,完善网络合作平台功能为青少年宫与学校合作作为支撑和保障。青少年宫与学校合作,将使青少年的身心健康和实践能力得到全面的发展。学校教育的侧重点在于课堂,而青少年宫教育的侧重点在于课后。青少年宫和学校合作研究是校内教育与校外教育合作在理论上的一种探索,还处在研究的初级阶段。因此,青少年宫与学校合作虽然在理论研究上具有可行性,但在实践过程中仍会遇到很多困难,其实践方面有待下一步的研究。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, culture, science and technology in China, great progress has been made in education, so it is necessary to make further research and exploration on the development of out-of-school education. As a typical organization of outside-school education, the Youth Palace occupies the leading position in the outside-school education. How to seek new ways, how to cooperate with schools, how to improve the core accomplishment of teenagers and how to promote their physical and mental development has become a topic worthy of discussion. The cooperation between youth palace and school is an inevitable trend under the background of big education. It is of theoretical and practical significance to study the cooperation between the two sides. Through various research methods, this paper analyzes and discusses the related problems of the cooperation between the youth palace and the school in China, and further discusses the ways and strategies of the cooperation between the two, so as to provide a strong theoretical basis for the overall development of young people and share them better. Allocation of educational resources to serve the overall and harmonious development of young people. The development of youth palace education has experienced four periods, and the youth palace education towards the new century is becoming more and more mature. Youth Palace Education is the experimental field of education reform in our country. It has opened up new horizons for students, can greatly satisfy their interests, can show their individual talent, can greatly cultivate self-confidence and team cooperation ability. Is a comprehensive development of the classroom, is an important way to carry out social education. The cooperation between youth palace and school education is feasible and necessary. Through collecting the form of questionnaire to understand the present situation of juvenile palace education and further demonstrate the necessity of cooperation between youth palace and school. It can not only meet the requirements of quality education, but also integrate educational resources, avoid the shortage and waste of educational resources, so as to cultivate a higher level of talents. The cooperation between them not only meets the requirements of teaching reform, but also can make up for the deficiency of school education, and it is also the need to cultivate students' core accomplishment, to integrate educational resources outside school, and to lighten the burden of students' education. At present, there are four kinds of relationship between the youth palace and the school: one is multi-school, the other is multi-school, the school also runs the youth palace, and the Internet cooperates with the youth palace. Although the form is different, but has a common goal, through the youth palace and the school cooperation, creates the good environment together for the student, promotes the youth all-round development. However, due to the lack of attention paid by the government to the educational function of the youth palace and the imbalance in the expansion of the function of the youth palace, schools and youth palaces have failed to carry out effective cooperation. The society does not have a comprehensive understanding of the youth palace education, which results in the unideal cooperation between the youth palace and the school. The youth palace participates in the education and training of the school, they cooperate with each other to serve the students' physical and mental health development in an all-round way. Through the change of educational idea, we should make perfect policy, increase the investment of funds, set up the cooperation committee between the youth palace and the school, and construct the education system with "3.1 facets". Perfect the network cooperation platform function for the youth palace and the school cooperation as the support and guarantee. The cooperation between the youth palace and the school will make the physical and mental health and practical ability of the young people develop in an all-round way. The emphasis of school education lies in the classroom, while the focus of youth palace education is after class. The research on the cooperation between the youth palace and the school is a theoretical exploration of the cooperation between the school education and the school education, and it is still in the primary stage of the study. Therefore, although the cooperation between youth palace and school is feasible in theory, there are still many difficulties in the process of practice.
