文化扶贫:贫困文化视阈下扶贫开发的新审思

【摘要】：为了积极推进全面建成小康社会目标的实现,扶贫开发成为了当下贫困地区的重点工作。助推扶贫开发工作深入开展,路径选择可谓具有多样性。而文化扶贫就是在这一背景下的一种选择。立足贫困文化理论的学术视角来解读贫困地区的贫困状况,思想观念滞后、受教育程度较低和价值观念消极等因素严重地制约着当地民众的脱贫致富。因此,当地的文化扶贫工作需要从制度的建构、民众观念的改变、文化产业的开发以及教育资源的供给等方面进行理性审思,方能有助于整体扶贫开发终极目标的实现。
[Abstract]:In order to actively promote the realization of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, poverty alleviation and development have become the key work in the poverty-stricken areas. Promote the work of poverty-alleviation and development in depth, path selection can be described as diversity. And cultural poverty alleviation is a choice in this context. Based on the academic perspective of poverty culture theory, such factors as the poor situation in the poor areas, the lag of ideology, the low level of education and the negative values seriously restrict the local people to get rid of poverty and become rich. Therefore, the work of local cultural poverty alleviation needs rational consideration from the aspects of system construction, the change of people's concept, the development of cultural industry and the supply of educational resources, in order to help the realization of the ultimate goal of overall poverty alleviation and development.
