繁荣社区文化所面临的困境分析与对策思考

【摘要】：丰富多彩的、多元的社区文化是不同阶层、不同职业、不同角色的人群在长期的生活实践中一起培植、创造出来的。社区文化受社会制度、意识形态、生产生活方式和风俗习惯等的综合影响,带有一定的地域特色。社区文化是社会存在和发展的基本条件,具有高度认同的社区文化对于规范社区居民言行、塑造居民人格、凝聚居民人心、增强居民团结、构建和谐社会具有积极作用。因此,对于社区文化进行研究具有重要现实意义。
[Abstract]:The rich and colorful, pluralistic community culture is cultivated and created by people of different classes, different occupations and different roles in the long life practice. Community culture is influenced by social system, ideology, production and life style and customs. Community culture is the basic condition of social existence and development. The highly recognized community culture plays a positive role in standardizing the words and deeds of community residents, shaping their personality, rallying their hearts, strengthening their unity and building a harmonious society. Therefore, the study of community culture has important practical significance.
