我国文化软实力指标体系构建研究

【摘要】：文化软实力作为综合国力的重要组成部分，在国际竞争中的作用日益突出，任何一个国家要想在激烈的国际竞争中赢得持久的主动权，必须不断的提高本国文化的竞争力。中华文明绵延几千年，博大精深，是中华民族乃至全世界人民的智慧成果和精神结晶，也是中华民族实现伟大复兴的精神支撑。目前，对我国文化软实力的研究大多数停留在定性讨论层面，更缺乏科学、有效的文化软实力评价指标体系。因此，，当务之急就是建立一套有中国文化特色的文化软实力评价指标体系，为我国文化软实力建设奠定基础，进而有针对性的提高我国文化国际竞争力。 本论文在国家实施文化强国战略的背景下展开，通过文献查阅和清理，将综合国力、软实力、硬实力、文化软实力等相关的概念厘清，分析文化软实力特点、构成要素，以马克思精神生产理论、马克思主义辩证法、系统评价理论为基础，从文化生产力、文化消费力、文化支撑力、文化创新力、文化传播力和文化吸引力六个方面对文化软实力进行详细论述；提出构建文化软实力指标体系的基本原则，构建我国文化软实力评价指标体系，利用层次分析法（AHP）确定各评价指标的权重；运用模糊综合评价法对我国文化软实力进行评价，在对我国文化软实力评价结果分析的基础上提出相应的策略。 本文在创新之处在于借鉴国内外文化软实力评价指标体系的基础上，从内外两个维度构建文化软实力评价指标体系，建立了6个一级指标一级22个二级指标；通过层次分析法确定指标权重，运用模糊综合评价法对我国文化软实力进行评价，验证评价指标体系的有效性。
[Abstract]:As an important part of comprehensive national strength, cultural soft power plays an increasingly prominent role in international competition. Any country that wants to win lasting initiative in the fierce international competition must constantly improve the competitiveness of its own culture. The Chinese civilization has lasted for thousands of years and has been extensive and profound. It is the intellectual achievement and spiritual crystallization of the Chinese nation and the people of the whole world, and it is also the spiritual support for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. At present, most of the researches on cultural soft power in our country stay on the level of qualitative discussion, and lack of scientific and effective evaluation index system of cultural soft power. Therefore, the urgent task is to establish a set of cultural soft power evaluation index system with Chinese cultural characteristics, to lay a foundation for the construction of cultural soft power in China, and then to improve the international competitiveness of Chinese culture. In this paper, under the background of implementing the strategy of cultural power, through literature review and cleaning up, the author clarifies the related concepts of comprehensive national strength, soft power, hard power and cultural soft power, and analyzes the characteristics and elements of cultural soft power. On the basis of Marxist spiritual production theory, Marxist dialectics and systematic evaluation theory, from the aspects of cultural productivity, cultural consumption, cultural support, cultural innovation, The cultural soft power is discussed in detail from six aspects of cultural communication power and cultural attraction. This paper puts forward the basic principles of constructing the index system of cultural soft power, constructs the evaluation index system of cultural soft power of our country, and determines the weight of each evaluation index by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the cultural soft power of our country, and the corresponding strategies are put forward on the basis of the analysis of the results of the evaluation of the cultural soft power of our country. On the basis of the domestic and foreign cultural soft power evaluation index system, this paper constructs the cultural soft power evaluation index system from the internal and external two dimensions, and establishes 6 primary indexes and 22 secondary indexes. The index weight is determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the soft power of Chinese culture to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation index system.
