邯郸市农村文化建设研究

【摘要】：习近平曾经指出,提高国家文化软实力,关系“两个一百年”奋斗目标和中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的实现。当代社会,文化作为一国经济发展的内生力量,越来越成为综合国力的重要因素,是民族凝聚力和创造力的重要源泉,“提高文化软实力”已提升到国家战略的高度。在我国,农村地区幅员辽阔,农民人数占人口总数的半壁江山,要想搞好文化建设提升整体文化品位,农村文化建设是重中之重。邯郸市作为我国文化底蕴深厚,历史积淀厚重的古城,文化建设起点相对较高,理应取得较其他区域更多的成绩,充分发挥文化对社会发展的引领作用。然而,近几年来,邯郸市农村却屡屡曝光不良文化现象,不仅使文化古城蒙羞,还制约了当地社会的整体发展,甚至对人的价值观尤其是青少年的价值产生不良影响。基于此,本文认为研究邯郸市农村文化建设问题是一项刻不容缓的课题,对此问题进行深入研究和分析,找出问题的对主要解决对策,对邯郸市的整体发展具有重要意义。本文分为四部分,首先通过查阅文献资料,总结了当前文化建设的重点和问题,结合资料分析了邯郸市农村文化建设的理论和现实依据;其次通过实际调研,数据收集和实证分析,客观再现了邯郸市农村文化建设的现状。虽然,邯郸市在农村文化建设中取得了很大成就,但现实仍有许多问题,在文化基础设施上主要是设施落后,利用率低,资金投入少;在文化建设人上主要是专业人才匮乏,农民关心少,文化消费低;此外,还有农村文化市场不规范等等。这些问题不仅影响邯郸市农村文化建设的推进,还拉低了邯郸市整体发展水平。再次,结合文献资料和实际调查情况分析造成邯郸市农村文化建设问题的原因,主要在思想观念,体制机制与政策制度方面;最后,通过对邯郸市农村文化建设问题进行定性定量分析和借鉴国内外农村文化建设先进经验的基础上,找出邯郸市农村文化建设出路。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping has pointed out that the improvement of national cultural soft power is related to the "two centenary" goals and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, Chinese Dream. In contemporary society, culture, as an endogenous force of a country's economic development, is increasingly becoming an important factor of comprehensive national strength and an important source of national cohesion and creativity. "improving cultural soft power" has been promoted to the height of national strategy. In our country, the rural area is vast and the number of peasants accounts for half of the total population. In order to improve the overall cultural grade, the rural cultural construction is the most important one in order to do a good job in the cultural construction and promote the overall cultural grade. As an ancient city with deep cultural background and thick historical accumulation, Handan City has a relatively high starting point of cultural construction, which should achieve more achievements than other regions and give full play to the leading role of culture in social development. However, in recent years, the rural areas of Handan have repeatedly exposed bad cultural phenomena, which not only bring shame to the ancient cultural city, but also restrict the overall development of the local society, and even have a negative impact on the values of human beings, especially the values of young people. Based on this, this paper thinks that it is an urgent task to study the problem of rural cultural construction in Handan city. It is of great significance for the overall development of Handan city to study and analyze this problem in depth, find out the main solutions to the problem, and find out the main countermeasures for the development of Handan city as a whole. This paper is divided into four parts. Firstly, it summarizes the key points and problems of the current cultural construction by consulting the literature and analyzes the theoretical and practical basis of the rural cultural construction in Handan. Secondly, through the actual investigation, data collection and empirical analysis, this paper objectively reappears the present situation of the rural cultural construction in Handan. Although Handan has made great achievements in the construction of rural culture, there are still many problems in reality. In the cultural infrastructure, the facilities are backward, the utilization rate is low, and the capital input is low. In the cultural construction people are mainly lack of professional talents, farmers care less, low cultural consumption; in addition, the rural cultural market is not standardized and so on. These problems not only affect the promotion of rural cultural construction in Handan, but also reduce the overall development level of Handan. Thirdly, combining with the literature and the actual investigation, the paper analyzes the causes of the rural cultural construction in Handan city, mainly in the aspects of ideology, system mechanism and policy system; Finally, on the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the problems of rural cultural construction in Handan and the advanced experience of rural cultural construction at home and abroad, we can find out the way out of rural cultural construction in Handan.
