国有文化企业分类改革政策解析

【摘要】：国有文化企业分类改革是针对国有文化企业例外要求,体现文化产业特殊性、严谨性的改革措施。同时分类改革强调社会效益首位,经济效益与社会效益统一,净化国内文化市场,要求精心细致区别对待五大分类,各类文化企业专司其职,发挥应有功能。国有文化企业要通过内外联动改革,兼收并蓄增强核心竞争力扩宽发展渠道,为其他类文化企业做好改革示范带头作用,以推动全国文化企业健康发展。
[Abstract]:The classification reform of state-owned cultural enterprises is a reform measure which reflects the particularity and rigor of cultural industry according to the exceptional requirements of state-owned cultural enterprises. At the same time, the classification reform emphasizes the social benefit first, the economic benefit and the social benefit unifies, purges the domestic cultural market, requires meticulous and meticulous difference to treat the five major categories, all kinds of cultural enterprises perform their duties exclusively and play their due functions. In order to promote the healthy development of national cultural enterprises, state-owned cultural enterprises should take the leading role in promoting the healthy development of cultural enterprises throughout the country through the reform of the internal and external linkage reform, the combination of the core competitiveness and the widening of the development channels, and the leading role for other cultural enterprises.
