西部地区文化企业技术效率及影响因素研究

【摘要】：文章利用微观调研数据,建立SFA模型和技术无效率影响因素模型,研究了西部地区文化企业技术效率及其影响因素。结果表明:西部地区文化企业技术效率整体水平较低,且企业间存在较大差距;西部地区文化企业发展处于劳动密集型阶段,资本和劳动力的优化配置对文化企业利润的增长具有重要影响;西部地区文化企业技术效率主要受企业规模水平、业务拓展能力、员工素质水平、薪酬水平及地区差异等因素的影响显著。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the SFA model and the model of influencing factors of technological inefficiency are established based on the micro-survey data, and the technological efficiency and its influencing factors of cultural enterprises in western China are studied. The results show that the overall level of technical efficiency of cultural enterprises in the western region is low, and there is a large gap between enterprises. The development of cultural enterprises in the western region is at a labor-intensive stage. The optimal allocation of capital and labor has an important impact on the growth of profits of cultural enterprises. The technical efficiency of the cultural enterprises in the western region is mainly influenced by the enterprise scale, the ability of business development, the level of staff quality, the level of salary and the regional differences.
