胡锦涛文化发展思想研究

【摘要】：进入新世纪，文化已经成为国际竞争力的重要因素之一。文化决定着民族的凝聚力和创造力。所以，努力建设社会主义先进文化，已经成为当前我国文化建设面临的重大任务。胡锦涛文化发展思想是对马克思主义以及党的三代领导集体的文化思想的继承与发展，，是在新的历史条件下对文化发展规律的认识和揭示。以往学术界对于胡锦涛文化发展思想的研究大多是对其某一方面的展开，缺乏系统的研究。并且以往对于胡锦涛文化思想的研究往往是从客观理论观点方面进行，而对具体的文化发展政策进行研究极少，一定程度上影响了胡锦涛文化发展思想指导具体的文化问题作用的充分彰显。本文采用文献研究法、文本解读法、多学科交叉法等方法，通过胡锦涛提出的具体的文化发展政策来探讨胡锦涛的文化发展思想。将胡锦涛文化发展思想从大的理论层面的研究中析解出来，对其所包含的主要内容、特点和现实意义等方面进行深入地探讨，从而使其指导我国具体文化问题的作用得到发挥。胡锦涛根据我国文化建设现实问题提出的关于我国文化发展方面具体政策的思想，是解决我国文化发展具体问题的思想。根据对不同领域文化发展思想的分析，初步界定了胡锦涛文化发展思想所包含的主要内容，即关于文化发展战略、发展原则、事业发展、产业发展、文化管理的思想。文化发展战略思想主要包括“尊重劳动、尊重知识、尊重人才、尊重创造”的思想、“弘扬主旋律、提倡多样化”的思想、“统筹国内国际两个大局，加强对外宣传”的思想；文化发展原则的思想主要包括坚持“二为”方向和“双百”方针的思想、“坚持一手抓繁荣，一手抓管理”的思想、“坚持以我为主、为我所用，辩证取舍、择善而从”的思想、“坚持解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进，大力推进文艺创新”的思想；文化事业发展的思想主要包括“积极发展新闻出版、广播影视、文学艺术事业”的思想、高度重视网络文化建设的思想、坚持基本公共文化服务均等化的思想；文化产业发展的思想主要包括加快发展经营性文化产业的思想、加快开拓文化市场的思想；文化管理的思想主要包括高度重视哲学社会科学人才培养的思想、加强党的意识形态工作的思想、加强和改善党对新闻媒体的领导的思想、加强文化战线领导班子建设的思想、加强宣传思想文化阵地的建设和管理的思想、加强网络文化建设和管理的思想。通过对胡锦涛文化发展思想内容的深入分析，概括其主要特点，即时代性、人本性、创新性等特点。胡锦涛文化发展思想的现实意义在于对对推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣、对促进人民群众日益增长的精神文化需求得到满足、对增强我国文化软实力和国际竞争力、对充分调动文化人才的积极性、主动性、创造性具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Into the new century, culture has become one of the important factors of international competitiveness. Culture determines the cohesion and creativity of the nation. Therefore, the construction of socialist advanced culture, has become a major task facing the cultural construction of our country. Hu Jintao's thought of cultural development is the inheritance and development of Marxism and the cultural thought of the three generations of leading collective of the Party. It is also the understanding and revelation of the law of cultural development under the new historical conditions. In the past, the research on Hu Jintao's thought of cultural development was mostly carried out in one aspect, and lack of systematic research. And in the past, the research on Hu Jintao's cultural thought was often carried out from the objective theoretical point of view, but the specific cultural development policies were rarely studied. To a certain extent, the influence of Hu Jintao's cultural development thought on concrete cultural problems is fully demonstrated. This paper discusses Hu Jintao's thought of cultural development by means of literature research, text interpretation, multi-disciplinary cross-cutting and so on, through the specific cultural development policy put forward by Hu Jintao. This paper analyzes Hu Jintao's thought of cultural development from the theoretical level, and probes into the main contents, characteristics and practical significance of Hu Jintao's cultural development, so as to give full play to his role in guiding specific cultural issues in our country. Hu Jintao's thought on the concrete policy of our country's cultural development put forward by Hu Jintao according to the realistic question of our country's cultural construction is the thought of solving the concrete problem of our country's cultural development. Based on the analysis of cultural development thoughts in different fields, this paper defines the main contents of Hu Jintao's cultural development thoughts, that is, the thoughts of cultural development strategy, development principle, cause development, industry development and culture management. The strategic thought of cultural development mainly includes the thought of "respecting labor, respecting knowledge, respecting talent, respecting creation", "carrying forward the main melody and advocating diversification", "coordinating domestic and international situations, strengthening external propaganda". The ideology of the principle of cultural development mainly includes adhering to the direction of "two principles" and the principle of "double hundred", "adhering to the idea of" grasping prosperity on the one hand and grasping management on the other "," adhering to the principle of giving priority to me, using it for our own use, and making dialectical choices. " The idea of "following the good" and "persisting in emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts, keeping pace with the times and vigorously promoting literary and artistic innovation"; The thought of cultural cause development mainly includes the thought of "actively develop press and publication, radio, film, television, literature and art", attach great importance to the thought of network culture construction, adhere to the idea of equalization of basic public cultural services; The thought of the development of the cultural industry mainly includes the thought of speeding up the development of the commercial cultural industry and the thought of speeding up the development of the cultural market; The thoughts of cultural management mainly include attaching great importance to the cultivation of philosophical and social science talents, strengthening the ideological work of the Party, strengthening and improving the leadership of the Party to the news media, and strengthening the construction of the leading bodies on the cultural front. Strengthen the ideology of propaganda and culture position construction and management, and strengthen the thought of network culture construction and management. Through the in-depth analysis of Hu Jintao's thought of cultural development, this paper summarizes its main characteristics, such as the characteristics of the times, human nature, innovation and so on. The realistic significance of Hu Jintao's thought of cultural development lies in the satisfaction of the spiritual and cultural needs of promoting the great development of socialist culture, the increasing spiritual and cultural needs of the people, and the enhancement of China's cultural soft power and international competitiveness. It is of great practical significance to fully mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of cultural talents.
