习俗的本质与共同体的重生

【摘要】：《论习俗》是理解滕尼斯"共同体"学说的关键文本。在滕尼斯看来,"习俗"是融合了传统的人心机制、社群关系、道德规范以及法权状态的整体文化结构。它源于共同体自然的长幼秩序,进而形成以"祖先崇拜"为原型的宗教观念和仪式活动。在此基础上,"习俗"不断地塑造着共同体成员的义务感,由此在每个人的心中培育起鲜活的道德情感。随着现代商业社会的兴起,个体从传统的共同体秩序中摆脱出来,在无限的空间里自由流动、谋取利益,传统的习俗日益衰落,由资本操纵的时尚使文明变得贫瘠。反思习俗的意义,正在于重塑民族的伦理生活。
[Abstract]:Custom is the key text to understand Tonnies's theory of community. In Tonnies's view, "custom" is an integral cultural structure that combines traditional mechanisms of mind, community relations, ethics, and the state of legal power. It originates from the natural order of long and young in the community, and then forms the religious concept and ritual activities based on "ancestor worship". On this basis, customs constantly shape the sense of duty of the members of the community, and thus cultivate fresh moral feelings in each person's heart. With the rise of modern commercial society, individuals get rid of the traditional community order, flow freely in infinite space, seek benefits, the traditional customs are declining day by day, and the fashion of capital manipulation makes civilization barren. The significance of reflecting on custom lies in reshaping the ethical life of the nation.
