边疆民族地区的技术转移与文化摩擦

【摘要】：边疆民族地区的技术转移展现为三个层次:技术器物的转移、技术制度的转移与技术观念的转移。技术具有自然属性和社会属性,且内在具备在时间上永远向前,空间上永远扩张的本质特征。由此导致边疆民族地区的技术转移与文化摩擦。消除摩擦的策略在于弥合技术在时间和空间上的裂痕,重建技术与大自然之间的平衡,重建人的发展与技术发展之间的平衡。具体措施主要有三点:1.转移及引进绿色技术;2.转移及引进人性化技术;3.走技术的民族性特色之路。
[Abstract]:There are three levels of technology transfer in the frontier ethnic areas: the transfer of technology objects, the transfer of technology system and the transfer of technology concept. Technology has natural attributes and social attributes, and inherent features are always forward in time and expand forever in space. This leads to the technology transfer and cultural friction in the border ethnic areas. The strategy to eliminate friction is to bridge the gap in time and space, rebuild the balance between technology and nature, and rebuild the balance between the development of human and the development of technology. The concrete measures have three main points: 1. Transfer and introduction of green technology; 2. Transfer and introduction of humanized technology; 3. Take the way of the national characteristics of technology.
