传统社会资本对科技创新的作用分析——兼论中国传统文化创新

【摘要】：社会资本与科技创新存在着密切的联系。非契约性是传统社会资本的重要特征,深刻影响着国人的思维与行动。非契约性社会资本在个人、团体和国家三个层面对科技创新产生推动作用。同时非契约性社会资本也存在忽视正规体制的影响与个人利益的缺陷,对科技创新产生了限制性的作用。只有将契约性社会资本和非契约性社会资本进行结合,才能更好地推动科技的创新与突破,进而促进中国传统文化的创新。
[Abstract]:The social capital is closely related to the innovation of science and technology. The non-contractual property is an important characteristic of the traditional social capital, which has a profound influence on the people's thinking and action. The non-contractual social capital plays an important role in the innovation of science and technology at the three levels of individuals, groups and countries. At the same time, the non-contractual social capital also has the defects of ignoring the influence of the formal system and the individual's interests, and has a restrictive effect on the innovation of science and technology. Only by the combination of the contractual social capital and the non-contractual social capital can the innovation and breakthrough of science and technology be better promoted, thus promoting the innovation of Chinese traditional culture.
