从巴基斯坦返回阿富汗喀布尔的二代阿富汗难民的跨文化适应研究

本研究调查了从巴基斯坦返回阿富汗喀布尔的阿富汗二代难民的跨文化适应过程,聚焦当前阿富汗背景下返回者回到原籍国第一年所面对的文化适应问题。此外,本研究还探讨了媒体在增加和减少青年移民中的所起到的作用。阿富汗移民巴基斯坦有着悠久的历史,本研究以金荣渊(young Yun Kim)的跨文化适应理论为基础,以在巴基斯坦生活18年以上并返回阿富汗喀布尔的移民为对象开展研究,以半结构化访谈收集资料,来自喀布尔市的12名18至35岁的年轻返回者自愿参加了访谈。结果表明,语言障碍、文化知识和环境挑战是返回者所面对的必须克服的困难。此外,研究概括出返回者为适应陌生环境所采取的三种主要策略:增加社会互动、使用大众媒体、对当前问题保持开放的心态。
