中西圣诞节庆祝活动所反映的价值观念差异对比研究

【摘要】：圣诞节是西方最重要的节日,起源于基督徒对耶稣基督的纪念。随着全球化进程的推动和中国改革开放的政策,中西文化交流逐渐加深,圣诞节随之进入中国。论文在Kluckhohn与Strodtbeck的价值取向理论和Bennett’s的跨文化敏感度发展模式的指导下对150篇关于圣诞的报道进行分析,旨在对比中西在庆祝圣诞节方面的特点及反映出的价值观念。所有新闻筛选于北大方正中华电子书苑中的电子报纸数据库。研究发现,西方圣诞节庆有如下三个特点:宗教性,社交性,商业性。论文按社会的发展,将圣诞节在中国的传播时间分为封建社会、清末至民国初年、新中国成立后及经济高速发展时期。根据数据分析,圣诞节在中国所体现出的三个特点:弱宗教性,强商业性,本土化。针对圣诞节在中国所反映出的这些现象,文章从经济和文化两方面进行了分析。价值观念方面,对于国人对过圣诞节的态度也大致划分为三类:过节与接受西方文化无关,坚决抵制,提倡文化融合。通过研究还发现中国人某些价值观念有所改变,圣诞节在中国的快速传播导致了一系列的文化冲突。最后,文章对圣诞节和春节进行了简单的对比希望从中能找到中国传统节日可以借鉴的部分,更好地传承中国传统文化。
