近代文明观话语体系的生成理路

【摘要】：“文明”作为一个与文化相近而又有别的哲学名词,体现了人类对自身存在方式的反思。民族主义与工业革命给近代世界带来了剧烈变动,也对“文明”观念的演变产生了巨大的影响。民族主义的发展使思想家们更多地将“文明”与自身国家利益相结合,“文明”观之涵义与某一民族文化相联系,而在德国,则出现了“文明”与“文化”对立加剧的情况,这是知识分子为彰显德国新兴阶级利益和民族意识所做出的努力,以此与法国主导的“文明”观念相区别;同时,工业革命在这一时期的蓬勃进行推动了欧洲社会各个行业飞速发展,也给予“文明”观念“雄厚的物质基础”,支撑起了同时期思想家们对欧洲和非欧洲地区的价值评判体系,这也进一步推动了近代“文明”话语体系的强化。近代“文明”观的涵义变化及其话语体系的生成理路,说明“文明”话语的生成脱离不了独特社会发展的现实,世界不存在“普世文明”,尊重各民族文明差异是世界文明发展的必由之路。各民族国家都是世界发展的有机体,当下,我国倡导的“一带一路”战略提倡各民族国家发展秉承平等、包容、共赢之文明理念,已成为世界不同文明的共荣之路和文明交流的新模式。
[Abstract]:Civilization, as a philosophical term similar to culture, reflects the reflection of human being's way of existence. Nationalism and the Industrial Revolution have brought drastic changes to the modern world and have had a great impact on the evolution of the concept of "civilization". The development of nationalism has made thinkers more likely to combine "civilization" with their own national interests. The meaning of "civilization" is related to the culture of a certain nationality, while in Germany, the opposition between "civilization" and "culture" intensifies. This is an effort made by intellectuals to show the interests and national consciousness of the new German class, which distinguishes them from the concept of "civilization" dominated by France; at the same time, The vigorous development of the industrial revolution in this period promoted the rapid development of all sectors of European society, and also gave the concept of "civilization" "solid material foundation", which supported the value evaluation system of the thinkers of the same period to Europe and non-European regions. This also further promoted the strengthening of modern "civilization" discourse system. The change of the meaning of the concept of "civilization" in modern times and the formation of the discourse system show that the formation of the discourse of "civilization" cannot be separated from the reality of the unique social development, and that there is no "universal civilization" in the world. Respecting the differences of civilizations of all nationalities is the only way for the development of world civilization. Each nation country is the organism of the world development. At present, the "Belt and Road" strategy advocated by our country advocates the civilization concept of equality, tolerance and win-win situation in the development of each nation state. Has become the common prosperity of different civilizations in the world and a new model of civilization exchange.
