反馈中的权威与从众信息对目击记忆信心判断的影响

【摘要】：目击者对证词的信心判断(JOC)对司法公正具有重要意义。目击者的JOC受到反馈的重要影响。根据选择性线索整合模型对反馈机制的解释,反馈存在3个阶段。其中,第3阶段的评估环节,即反馈的干扰信息是否为目击者整合进判断中,主要考虑的就是信息的可信度。在当前研究中,信息的可信度主要是从信息提供者的权威性和支持信息的从众人数两个角度去衡量的。但是,当前研究较少分析目击者如何综合评估权威和从众两者的反馈可信度,而对否定反馈的作用机制也缺乏系统解释。因此,本研究研究了权威和从众这两个因素在肯定反馈中的作用,还探究了否定反馈下,权威与从众对JOC的作用,补充了选择性线索整合模型(SCIF)中目击者对否定反馈的评估阶段。研究分为实验一和实验二。实验一提供给被试肯定反馈,实验二提供否定反馈。实验要求被试观看一段犯罪视频,回答一系列视频问题,并做出JOC判断。随后,被试接受不同类型的反馈信息:警察高从众、警察低从众、儿童高从众与儿童低从众反馈,并再次对刚才回答过的问题进行一次JOC判断。本研究发现,权威与从众影响目击者对反馈信息的评估,从而影响到判断的准确性。否定反馈,正如肯定反馈评估可信度的过程一样,目击者也从权威和从众的标准对可信度进行评估,与肯定反馈不同的是,否定反馈只有当权威和从众都处于高水平时,目击者的判断才会受到影响。
[Abstract]:The witness's confidence in the testimony and the judgment of the witness's confidence in the testimony (job) are of great significance to the justice of justice. The JOC of the witness is greatly influenced by the feedback. According to the explanation of the feedback mechanism by the selective clue integration model, there are three stages of the feedback. In the third stage, whether the feedback interference information is integrated into the judgment of the witness, the main consideration is the credibility of the information. The credibility of information is mainly measured in terms of the authority of the information provider and the number of followers who support the information. There is no systematic explanation of the mechanism of negative feedback. Therefore, this study studies the role of authority and conformity in positive feedback, and also explores the role of authority and conformity on JOC under negative feedback. The study is divided into two parts: experiment 1 and experiment 2. Experiment 1 provides positive feedback to the subjects. Experiment 2 provided negative feedback. The subjects were asked to watch a crime video, answer a series of video questions, and make a JOC judgment. In this study, we found that authority and conformity influence eyewitness's evaluation of feedback information, thus affecting the accuracy of judgment, negative feedback, negative feedback, negative feedback, negative feedback, negative feedback, negative feedback, negative feedback, negative feedback, negative feedback, negative feedback, negative feedback, negative feedback, negative feedback, and negative feedback.
