非情绪标注对中学生和大学生的情绪抑制效果研究

【摘要】:情绪标注和非情绪标注作为调节情绪策略,其研究近些年已成为研究热点,但二者的效果比较仍存在争议,并且其在教育中的应用研究还较少。由于中学生和大学生在情绪自控能力和语言等认知能力上存在差异,情绪标注和非情绪标注在中学生和大学生上的效果差异还有待研究。所以本研究采用近红外脑功能成像技术和16导生理记录仪探究非情绪标注对负性刺激的抑制效果,以及其和情绪标注在不同年龄群体上的抑制效果。实验采用被试均来自天津市高校和中学,其中大学生共16人,中学生共16人,男女对半,所有被试健康,无血腥图片过敏史,均为右利手。实验采用2(刺激类型:负性、中性)×3(调节策略:匹配、情绪标注、非情绪标注)被试内设计。因变量为反应时和正确率、皮电和指温、腹外侧前额叶(VLPFC)Hbo含量。实验材料均选择国际情绪图片系统(IASP),包含负性和中性两种,每种图片下又分为人类世界和自然世界两种场景。在实验已有六种任务的基础之上再添加形状判断作为基准条件。在本实验条件下,可得出如下结论:(1)非情绪标注能够对负性刺激所引起的情绪体验有抑制作用(2)两种情绪调节方式对于初中生和大学生的抑制效果无差异。
[Abstract]:Emotional tagging and non-emotional tagging as strategies to regulate emotion have become a hot topic in recent years, but their effects are still controversial, and their application in education is still less. Since there are differences between middle school students and college students in the cognitive ability of emotion self-control and language, the effects of emotional tagging and non-emotional tagging on middle school students and college students need to be studied. In this study, NIR functional imaging technique and 16-guide physiological recorder were used to explore the inhibitory effect of non-emotional labeling on negative stimuli, and the inhibitory effects of non-emotional labeling and emotional tagging on different age groups. The subjects were 16 college students, 16 middle school students and 16 middle school students. All the subjects were healthy and had no history of bloody picture allergy, all of them were right-handedness. The experiment was designed in 2 (stimulus type: negative, neutral) 脳 3 (adjustment strategy: matching, emotional tagging, non-emotional tagging). The dependent variables were response time and accuracy, skin electricity and finger temperature, and VLPFC Hbo content in ventrolateral prefrontal lobe. The experiment materials all choose the international emotion picture system, including negative and neutral two kinds, each kind of picture is divided into two kinds of scenes: human world and natural world. On the basis of six kinds of tasks, shape judgment is added as the reference condition. Under the experimental conditions, we can draw the following conclusion: 1) Non-emotional tagging can inhibit the emotional experience caused by negative stimuli. (2) there is no difference between the two kinds of emotional regulation modes for junior high school students and college students.
