心理热线咨询技能评定表的编制及信效度检验

【摘要】:目的:编制心理热线咨询技能评定表(CSRSPAH)并对其信效度进行检验。方法:参考国外有关研究结果并结合国内实践,编制包含5个维度共50个条目的初始评定表。经过预评估与访谈,对条目进行调整和删减后,确定了包含咨询流程、咨询态度和交流技巧共3个维度22个条目的修改稿。抽取2005-2007年的37个来电录音,由7名督导用评定表修改稿分别对这37个录音独立进行评估,以检验CSRSPAH的评定者一致性;另抽取2013-2014年的318个来电录音进行评估,以检验CSRSPAH的结构效度,并计算总评定表和各维度的内部一致性、各条目鉴别力指数、条目与维度分的相关。结果:验证性因子分析时,因缺失值过多,剔除"转介"条目,获得21个条目的CSRSPAH定稿,其因子结构模型的拟合指数分别为χ~2/df=675.21/186,CFI=0.92,NNFI=0.91,RMSEA=0.10,SRMR=0.08。评定表总分及咨询流程、咨询态度、交流技巧3个维度的内部一致性Cronbachα系数分别为0.89、0.68、0.81和0.77。评定表总分及3个维度的评分者一致性系数ICC为0.67、0.59、0.59和0.67。各条目鉴别力指数介于0.09~0.32,各条目与各维度分和总分的相关均大于0.3(均P0.05)。结论:心理热线咨询技能评定表的效度和信度的多数指标基本达到心理测量学要求,可用于今后对热线工作质量监督及相关研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to develop a psychological hotline counseling skills assessment form CSRSPAH and test its reliability and validity. Methods: referring to the research results of foreign countries and combining with domestic practice, an initial evaluation table consisting of 50 items in 5 dimensions was compiled. After pre-evaluation and interview, the revision of 22 items including consultation process, consultation attitude and communication skills was determined after adjusting and deleting the items. From 2005 to 2007, 37 incoming calls were recorded, and the 37 recordings were independently evaluated by 7 supervisors using the revised assessment form to test the consistency of the CSRSPAH assessors. In addition, 318 incoming calls were recorded for evaluation in 2013-2014. In order to test the structural validity of CSRSPAH, and calculate the internal consistency between the general assessment table and each dimension, the discriminant index of each entry, and the correlation between items and dimension scores. Results: in confirmatory factor analysis, the final version of CSRSPAH for 21 items was obtained because the missing value was too high. The fitting index of the factor structure model was 蠂 ~ (2) / d ~ (fen) 675.21 / 186C ~ (2) NNFI ~ (0.92) NNFI ~ (0.91) ~ (0.10) SRMR0.08. The Cronbach 伪 coefficients of the three dimensions of the total score and the consultation process, the consultation attitude and the communication skills were 0.89 / 0.68 / 0.81 and 0.77, respectively. ICC was 0.67 and 0.59 respectively for the total score and the three dimensions. The discriminant index of each item was between 0.09 and 0.32, and the correlation between each item and each dimension and total score was greater than 0.3 (all P 0.05). Conclusion: the validity and reliability of the psychological hotline counseling skills assessment table are basically up to the requirements of psychometrics, which can be used in the supervision of hotline work quality and related research.
