心理健康课程和绘画辅导对女性戒毒人员述情障碍干预效果的比较

【摘要】:目的:1、探讨心理健康课程和绘画辅导对女性戒毒人员述情障碍的干预效果,探索两种方法的效果差异。2、了解绘画辅导对女性戒毒人员的辅导效果。方法:1、实验研究实验采用2×2析因设计探讨心理健康课程和绘画辅导对女性戒毒人员述情障碍的调节效果,并探索两种方法的效果差异。因素A心理健康课程包括A1(有)、A2(无)两个水平,因素B绘画辅导包括B1(有)和B2(无)两个水平。在符合纳入标准的女性戒毒人员中随机抽取80人作为被试,并随机分配到四个组,每组在所内常规管理的基础上接受一种实验处理的结合。测量指标:述情障碍(TAS-20)、特质应对方式(TCSQ)、综合型房树人测验(SHTP)。2、质性研究从接受绘画辅导的女性戒毒人员中选取15人进行质性访谈。从女性戒毒人员的视角,基于戒毒人员自身体验,了解绘画对女性戒毒人员的辅导效果。访谈结束后将原始资料转录为文字稿,采用扎根理论的分析方法,对资料由下而上进行编码,最终形成理论。结果:1、实验研究(1)实验后课程-绘画组、课程组、绘画组的述情障碍得分均有所下降,其中课程-绘画组和绘画组的得分显著低于空白组(p0.05),且在延时后测中,绘画组的下降幅度大于课程-绘画组。心理健康课程和绘画辅导能够减轻女性戒毒人员述情障碍症状,绘画辅导的效果优于心理健康课程辅导;(2)四组的特质应对方式在后测和延时后测中的得分均无显著差异(p0.05)。心理健康课程和绘画辅导对女性戒毒人员特质应对方式的改变效果不明显,行为上的改变有赖于进一步的行为训练;(3)实验后,课程-绘画组、课程组、绘画组在绘画特征均有所变化,其中同时接受心理健康课程和绘画辅导的戒毒人员在绘画特征的改变上最为明显:画面完整性上由缺失趋于完整((?)前-(?)后=-0.786,p0.01),画面远近上由分离趋于整合((?)前-(?)后=-0.702,p0.01),画面大小上由偏大趋于((?)前-(?)后=0.300,p0.05)适中,线条由杂乱向适中转化((?)前-(?)后=-0.600,p0.01)。2、质性研究一级编码得到概念41个,二级编码得到副范畴10个、主范畴5个,三级编码得到核心类属2个。返回到原始资料分析后最终得到扎根理论5个。绘画辅导后戒毒人员的内省能力有所提升,分析能力增强、评价更为客观,对个人经历和当前生活现状更为接纳;情绪体验更为细腻、丰富,对情绪的区分、识别能力有所提高,情绪表达增加;对个人戒治生活的思考增加,改变意愿较强,其中参加过心理健康课程的戒毒人员在行为改变上有更多的尝试,但在应对方法上尚存在不足,对戒治方法的学习需求和主动性有所提高。结论:1、在减轻女性戒毒人员的述情障碍症状方面,绘画辅导的效果优于心理健康课程;在对女性戒毒人员述情障碍的干预中,将心理健康课程和绘画辅导相结合能够取到最优的辅导效果。2、绘画辅导在减轻女性戒毒人员述情障碍症状的基础上能够增强戒毒人员学习意愿,有利于防复吸等后续心理戒毒康复工作的开展;心理健康课程能够为戒毒人员提供知识储备,有助于述情障碍症状减轻后的行为转变。
[Abstract]:Objective: 1, to explore the effect of psychological health courses and painting guidance on alexithymia for female drug addicts, explore the difference between the effect of two methods.2, and understand the effect of painting guidance to female drug addicts. Method: 1, the experimental research experiment adopted 2 x 2 factorial design to explore the psychological health course and the painting guidance for female drug addicts. The adjustment effect of alexithymia, and explore the difference of the effect of the two methods. Factor A psychological health course includes A1 (there), A2 (no) two levels, factor B painting guidance including B1 (there) and B2 (no) two levels. Among the women who are in compliance with the inclusion criteria, 80 people are randomly selected as subjects and randomly assigned to four groups, each in each group. On the basis of routine management, a combination of experimental treatment was accepted. Measurement indicators: alexithymia (TAS-20), trait coping style (TCSQ), integrated tree man test (SHTP).2, qualitative research from 15 female drug addicts who received tutoring for qualitative interview. From the perspective of female drug addicts, the experience of drug addicts was based on their own experience, Understanding the effect of painting on female drug addicts. After the interview, the original data were transcribed into text manuscripts, and the analysis method of grounded theory was used to encode the data from bottom to top, and the theory was finally formed. The results were as follows: 1, after the experiment study (1), the scores of alexithymia in the course painting group, the course group and the painting group were all decreased, among which the scores of the alexithymia were all decreased. The scores of the course painting group and the painting group were significantly lower than that of the blank group (P0.05), and in the delayed post test, the decline of the painting group was greater than the course painting group. The psychological health course and the painting guidance could reduce the symptoms of the alexithymia for the female addicts. The effect of the painting guidance was better than the psychological health course guidance; (2) the trait coping style of the four groups. There was no significant difference between the post test and the delayed post test (P0.05). The effect of psychological health course and painting guidance on the trait coping style of female addicts was not obvious, and the change of behavior depended on the further behavior training. (3) after the experiment, the painting group, the course group and the painting group had the changes in the painting features. At the same time, the drug addicts who received psychological health courses and tutoring were most obvious in the change of painting features: the integrity of the picture was tending to complete ((?) before (?) =-0.786, P0.01), and the picture was far and near from separation to integration ((?) before (?) = -0.702, P0.01), and the size of the picture tends to be moderate ((?) before (?), =0.300, P0.05). The lines are transformed from random to moderate (?) before (?) - (?) =-0.600, P0.01).2. The qualitative study of first class coding obtains 41 concepts, two level coding obtains 10 sub categories, 5 main categories and 2 core classes with three level coding. After the analysis of the original data, it is finally got the root theory 5. The Introspection Ability of detoxification personnel after tutoring is improved. The analysis ability is enhanced, the evaluation is more objective, the personal experience is more accepted and the current situation of life is more accepted; the emotional experience is more delicate and rich, the distinction of emotion, the ability to recognize and the expression of emotion are increased; the thoughts on the life of the individual are increased and the willingness to change is stronger, and the detoxification personnel who participated in the mental health course have changed their behavior. There are more attempts to change, but there are still shortcomings in coping methods, and the learning needs and initiative of the methods of treatment are improved. Conclusion: 1, in reducing the symptoms of alexithymia for female addicts, the effect of painting guidance is better than that of mental health courses; in the intervention of alexithymia for female drug addicts, the course of mental health is taken. Combining with painting guidance can get the best effect of tutoring effect.2. Drawing guidance can enhance the study will of drug addicts on the basis of alleviating the symptoms of alexithymia for female addicts, and it is beneficial to the development of follow-up psychological rehabilitation work such as anti relapse and so on. The change of behavior after the relief of symptoms.
