大学生思维方式、应对方式和人际交往状况的研究

【摘要】:本文主要以大学生的人际交往作为研究对象,探讨了思维方式与人际交往、思维方式与应对方式、应对方式与人际交往的关系以及应对方式的中介作用,并运用团体心理咨询的方法提高大学生人际交往的技巧,改善大学生的人际交往状况。在进行团体心理咨询时,本研究除了直接作用于大学生的人际交往,还采取了间接措施:一方面通过改变大学生个体的认知方式来改善人际交往状况。认知包括思维,该研究对大学生的思维倾向、思维模式进行了一定的调整,即该团体心理咨询在一定程度上调整了思维;另一方面本研究还通过团体合作讨论解决问题等措施,集中多人的智慧,为个体的人际问题提出解决意见,以此来改善参与的大学生的应对方式。结果表明,本次团体心理咨询在一定程度上改善了大学生的人际交往状况。本研究的目的是一方面试着为探讨人际交往状况寻找新的方向,另一方面可以通过实验为团体心理咨询的应用提供一条新的道路。本文以济宁某高校的266名学生作为被试,得到了266份数据,通过spss和AMOS对数据进行处理分析后,发现以下结论:(1)大学生个体的思维方式可以显著预测应对方式,思维方式到应对方式的路径系数为0.60(p0.01)。思维方式的四个维度对应对方式具有显著预测作用,具体来说,线性思维决策和外在信息来源对对应对方式起到了负向预测的作用;非线性思维决策和内在信息来源起到了正向预测的作用;(2)大学生的应对方式可以显著预测人际交往状况,应对方式到人际交往的路径系数为0.93(p0.01);(3)应对方式在思维方式与人际交往状况中起到了部分中介的作用,在应对方式的影响下,思维方式对人际交往状况的间接效应为:0.60*0.93=0.558;(4)思维方式(总)对应对方式的预测是正向预测,但是思维方式的维度中的线性思维决策和外在信息来源对应对方式起到了负向预测的作用,非线性决策和内在信息来源对应对方式则起到了正向预测的作用;而思维方式(总)对人际交往的起到了负向预测的作用。从266份问卷中选出了其中自愿参加的24位人际交往问题较严重的同学,将其分为同质的两组,一组接受团体心理咨询,另一组不接受团体心理咨询,在团体咨询结束后一个月进行了后测,发现:总体来说,团体心理咨询的实验组的前后测差异显著,具体来说,本阶段团体心理咨询对大学生的交谈行为方面、交际方面和待人接物方面的能力的提高起到了显著地促进作用。但是在与异性相处方面却没有显著差异,本次团体心理咨询没有显著地提高大学生的与异性相处的方面的能力,这可能与我们本阶段的团体心理咨询的侧重点有关。
[Abstract]:Taking the interpersonal communication of college students as the research object, this paper probes into the relationship between thinking mode and interpersonal communication, thinking mode and coping style, the relationship between coping style and interpersonal communication, and the intermediary function of coping style. The method of group counseling is used to improve the interpersonal skills of college students and to improve their interpersonal communication. In the course of group counseling, this study not only directly affects the interpersonal communication of college students, but also takes indirect measures: on the one hand, it can improve the interpersonal communication by changing the individual cognitive style of college students. Cognition includes thinking. This study has adjusted the thinking tendency and mode of thinking of college students to a certain extent, that is, the group psychological counseling has adjusted the thinking to a certain extent; on the other hand, this study has also adopted measures such as group cooperation to discuss and solve problems, and so on. To improve the coping style of participating college students, we should focus on the wisdom of many people and put forward solutions to individual interpersonal problems. The results showed that the group counseling improved the interpersonal status of college students to some extent. The purpose of this study is to try to find a new way to explore the interpersonal status on the one hand, and to provide a new way for the application of group psychological counseling through experiments on the other hand. This paper takes 266 students from a certain university in Jining as subjects and obtains 266 data. After analyzing the data by spss and Amos, it is found that the following conclusion: 1) the individual thinking mode of college students can predict the coping style significantly. The path coefficient from thinking mode to coping style is 0.60% p 0.01. The four dimensions of thinking mode have a significant predictive effect on coping style, specifically, linear thinking decision and external information sources play a negative role in predicting coping style; Non-linear thinking decision-making and internal sources of information play a positive predictive role. (2) coping styles of college students can significantly predict interpersonal communication. The path coefficient from coping style to interpersonal communication is 0.93p0.01) coping style plays a part of intermediary role in thinking mode and interpersonal communication, and under the influence of coping style, The indirect effect of thinking mode on interpersonal communication is: 0. 600. 03 / 0. 558%) the prediction of coping style is a positive prediction in the way of thinking (total). However, the linear thinking decision and the external information source in the dimension of thinking mode play a negative role in predicting the coping style, while the nonlinear decision and the internal information source play a positive role in the coping style. The mode of thinking (total) plays a negative role in the prediction of interpersonal communication. Twenty-four students with serious interpersonal problems were selected from 266 questionnaires. They were divided into two groups: one group received group psychological counseling, the other group did not accept group psychological counseling. A month after the end of group counseling, it was found that there were significant differences in the pre-and post-test of group psychological counseling in the experimental group, specifically, the conversation behavior of group counseling to college students at this stage. The improvement of communication and the ability to treat people has played a significant role in promoting it. However, there is no significant difference in the aspect of heterosexual relationship. This group counseling does not significantly improve the ability of college students to get along with the opposite sex, which may be related to the focus of our group counseling at this stage.
