悦纳疗法的初步建立

【摘要】：本研究在心理治疗朝向短程化、整合化发展,愈加重视文化适应性的背景下,针对已有理论的局限,尝试性地提出了悦纳疗法,旨在为中国人提供具备文化适应性、能引导心理发展的心理健康标准和维护或促进心理健康的指导原则；构建灵活性更强的心理治疗模式,提高心理治疗的质量与效率,促进心理健康。 本研究采用文献分析法梳理与归纳心理健康及维护的相关内容；结合本课题组的前期研究,通过逻辑论证融汇生物、心理、传统文化中蕴含的心理健康思想,提出悦纳治疗,并进行初步的理论论证、方法建立和个案实证研究,成果如下： 1.提出了悦纳疗法的核心理论：心理健康是一种真实的、和谐的状态,这种状态受到威胁时会出现不适或症状；维护与促进心理健康的过程是悦纳与进取的过程,人类本身就具备这种潜能。 2.阐述了悦纳疗法的方法：开放性地提取与整合治疗技术；遵循心理治疗的一般程序；形成情感体验、知己知彼、反应适当三种主要治疗模块。 3.初步考察悦纳疗法的实施：通过对一例进食障碍患者的干预,呈现了悦纳治疗过程中的理论传递、技术应用及治疗原则。 结论：悦纳疗法具有坚实的理论基础,是一种符合心理治疗发展方向,具有一定实用价值和文化适应性的心理治疗方法。表2个,参考文献74篇。
[Abstract]:In the context of the development of psychotherapy towards short-range and integration, and the increasing emphasis on cultural adaptability, this study, in view of the limitations of existing theories, tries to put forward an acceptable therapy for the purpose of providing Chinese with cultural adaptability. It can guide the mental health standard of psychological development and maintain or promote the guiding principle of mental health, construct a more flexible psychotherapy mode, improve the quality and efficiency of psychotherapy, and promote mental health. This research uses the literature analysis method to sort out and summarize the related contents of mental health and maintenance, combined with the previous research of our group, through the logical demonstration fusion biology, psychology, traditional culture contained in the mental health thought, proposed the acceptable treatment, And the preliminary theoretical demonstration, method establishment and case study, the results are as follows: 1. This paper puts forward the core theory of hyet therapy: mental health is a true and harmonious state, which will appear discomfort or symptoms when threatened, and the process of maintaining and promoting mental health is a process of acceptance and enterprising. Man himself has this potential. 2. This paper expounds the methods of hyet therapy: open extraction and integration of treatment technology, following the general procedure of psychotherapy, forming emotional experience, knowing oneself and enemy, and responding appropriately to three main treatment modules. 3. Through the intervention of a patient with eating disorder, the transmission of theory, the application of technology and the principle of treatment were presented. Conclusion: hyet therapy has a solid theoretical foundation and is a kind of psychotherapy method which is suitable for the development of psychotherapy and has certain practical value and cultural adaptability.
