在校大学生与社会人员人际信任的比较研究

【摘要】:人际信任是指个体在人际交往中形成的对他人可信赖程度的积极心理预期及欲采取行动的意愿。人际信任是社会化的过程,它既是一种相对稳定的心理特质,又是一种动态变化的社会行为。结合人际信任的定义以及以往的相关研究,本研究使用问卷和实验相结合的方法考察了128名曲阜师范大学在读本科生和128名不同职业社会人员的人际信任状况,以期探讨在校大学生和社会人员的人际信任行为、人际信任水平、人际信任特质的差异以及影响人际信任的各类因素。 本研究主要包括三个部分,研究一通过改编传统的信任博弈实验范式,考察了不同风险水平情境下被试扮演不同信任角色时人际信任行为(即投资比例和返还比例)的情况及差异。研究二使用调整后的信任圈问卷考察了不同风险水平下被试在交流不同主题(即借钱主题、分享积极信息主题和分享消极信息主题)时人际信任水平(即信任圈规模)的情况及差异。研究三通过使用简易应对方式问卷和人际信任量表问卷考察了被试的应对方式和人际信任特质的情况,并结合研究一和研究二的结果考察了应对方式与人际信任各因子的相关。综合各个研究中问卷和实验的结果得到如下结论: 1、在校大学生的人际信任得分总体上高于社会人员; 2、决定次序对人际信任行为影响的主效应显著,,博弈信任游戏中被试返还(第二决定次序)时的人际信任行为要高于投资(第一决定次序)时的人际信任行为。同时决定次序与风险水平对人际信任行为的影响有显著的交互作用。 3、交流主题对人际信任水平影响的主效应显著,借钱主题、分享积极信息、分享消极信息这三种交流主题下被试的信任圈规模依次减小。同时交流主题和群体类型对人际信任水平的影响有显著的交互作用。 4、风险水平对人际信任行为和人际信任水平影响的主效应都显著。同时风险水平与群体类型对人际信任行为的影响有显著的交互作用,风险水平与交流主题对人际信任水平的影响有显著的交互作用; 5、积极应对方式与人际信任的多个因子有显著正相关。
[Abstract]:Interpersonal trust refers to the positive psychological expectation and willingness to take action formed by individuals in interpersonal communication. Interpersonal trust is a process of socialization, which is not only a relatively stable psychological trait, but also a dynamic social behavior. In combination with the definition of interpersonal trust and previous studies, this study investigated the interpersonal trust status of 128 undergraduates and 128 social workers in Qufu normal University using questionnaires and experiments. The purpose of this study is to explore the interpersonal trust behavior, interpersonal trust level, the differences of interpersonal trust characteristics and the factors affecting interpersonal trust among college students and social personnel. This study consists of three parts: one is the adaptation of the traditional trust game paradigm. This paper investigates the interpersonal trust behavior (i.e. investment ratio and return ratio) in different risk level situations. In the second study, the adjusted trust circle questionnaire was used to examine different topics (i.e. borrowing money) at different risk levels. The situation and difference of interpersonal trust level (i.e. the size of trust circle) when sharing positive information and negative information. In the third study, simple coping style questionnaire and interpersonal trust questionnaire were used to investigate the coping style and interpersonal trust traits of the subjects, and the correlation between coping style and interpersonal trust factors was investigated in combination with the results of study 1 and study 2. According to the results of the questionnaires and experiments, the following conclusions are obtained: 1, the interpersonal trust score of college students is generally higher than that of social personnel; 2, the main effect of determining order on interpersonal trust behavior is significant. The interpersonal trust behavior of the participants in the game is higher when they return (the second decision order) than when the investment (the first decision order). At the same time, the influence of decision order and risk level on interpersonal trust behavior was significant. 3, the main effect of communication topic on interpersonal trust level was significant, the topic of borrowing money and sharing positive information. The scale of trust circle in the three communication themes of sharing negative information decreased in turn. At the same time, the influence of communication topic and group type on interpersonal trust level was significant. 4. The main effect of risk level on interpersonal trust behavior and interpersonal trust level was significant. At the same time, there is significant interaction between risk level and group type on interpersonal trust behavior, and significant interaction between risk level and communication theme on interpersonal trust level. 5. Positive coping styles were positively correlated with multiple factors of interpersonal trust.
