“一带一路”建设背景下广西开放型经济发展研究

【摘要】：广西凭借独特的区位优势,在开放型经济的发展和平台建设等方面取得显著成效,具备参与"一带一路"建设的政策优势、产业结构、基础设施等。但是,广西开放型经济发展整体水平不高,在贸易、投资等领域还存在结构有待优化、与GDP联动性有待增强等问题。广西在"一带一路"建设背景下发展开放型经济,应加快中国—中南半岛经济走廊建设、推动投资贸易便利化、构建评价指标体系、完善政策体系等。
[Abstract]:By virtue of its unique location advantage, Guangxi has made remarkable achievements in the development of open economy and platform construction, and has the policy advantages, industrial structure and infrastructure to participate in the construction of "Belt and Road". However, the overall development level of Guangxi's open economy is not high, and there are still some problems in trade, investment and other fields, such as the structure to be optimized, and the linkage with GDP to be strengthened. In order to develop an open economy in Guangxi under the background of "Belt and Road" construction, we should speed up the construction of the China-Indochina Peninsula economic corridor, promote investment and trade facilitation, construct an evaluation index system, and perfect the policy system.
