经济新常态下促进中部崛起的任务选择

【摘要】：促进中部地区崛起战略成效明显,中部地区基本上摆脱了"塌陷"的局面,"三基地一枢纽"的地位得到加强,但仍然存在着发展水平相对较低、市场开放程度不高、产业竞争力较弱、对内对外开放水平不高、区域发展不均衡等问题。面对新的发展环境和形势,中部崛起战略的主要任务应当进行调整,把要积极融入国家"一带一路"战略和长江经济带战略,完善和升级市场化的产业结构,打造有区域特色的城市群体系,构建经济社会的协调发展区作为重中之重。
[Abstract]:The strategy to promote the rise of the central region has achieved remarkable results, and the central region has basically got rid of the situation of "collapse", and the status of "three bases and one hub" has been strengthened, but there is still a relatively low level of development and a low degree of market opening. Industrial competitiveness is weak, the level of opening to the outside world is not high, regional development is not balanced and so on. In the face of the new development environment and situation, the main tasks of the strategy of the rise of the central region should be adjusted, and the strategy of "Belt and Road" and the Yangtze River economic belt should be actively integrated into the strategy of the Yangtze River economic belt, so as to perfect and upgrade the market-oriented industrial structure. To build a regional urban agglomeration system and build a coordinated economic and social development area as the top priority.
