【摘要】："一带一路"战略的实施催生了我国外语高等教育的新需求。当前要加强外语教育的深度调研,重视国内外语高等教育资源的有效整合和新布局。"一带一路"背景下开展外语高等教育改革,应建立外语高等教育的规划与引导机构,提高外语高等教育人才培养的能力标准,完善小语种教育的整体规划,加快外语高等教育的学科转型。
[Abstract]:The implementation of the "Belt and Road" strategy has given birth to a new demand for foreign language higher education in China. At present, it is necessary to strengthen the in-depth investigation of foreign language education and attach importance to the effective integration and new layout of foreign language higher education resources in China. " In order to carry out the reform of foreign language higher education under the background of Belt and Road, we should set up the planning and guiding institution of foreign language higher education, improve the ability standard of talent training in foreign language higher education, and perfect the whole plan of small language education. Speed up the subject transformation of foreign language higher education.
