“一带一路”背景下的中美俄经济关系

【摘要】：中美俄作为具有世界影响力的大国,三国关系的变化和发展直接影响着国际形势的稳定和世界格局的变化。经济基础决定上层建筑,因此,分析三国经济领域的合作、竞争与互补性,并探寻其发展趋势,对研究中美俄大三角关系具有重要意义。研究表明:中美经济联系最为紧密,存在很大的发展空间和合作潜力,两国经济关系将在务实中得到进一步的发展;美俄之间的经济合作虽存在一定的发展空间,但发展前景不容乐观;中俄之间经济联系比较薄弱,双边贸易和投资增速也较为缓慢,期待这种情况随着中俄政治关系的不断深化和互信加强能有所改观。新时期的中美俄关系不再是对抗与零和博弈,三国需要发展相互协作、互利共赢的新型大国关系,中国倡议的"一带一路"将为三国的经济合作提供新的平台和模式。
[Abstract]:As a great power with world influence, the change and development of the relations between the three countries have a direct impact on the stability of the international situation and the changes in the world pattern. The economic basis determines the superstructure. Therefore, it is important to analyze the cooperation, competition and complementarity of the three countries' economic field, and to explore its development trend, which is important for the study of the Sino US Russian triangle relations. The study shows that the economic ties between China and the United States are most closely related, there is a great space for development and potential for cooperation, and the economic relations between the two countries will be further developed in a pragmatic way. Although there is a certain space for development between the US and Russia, the prospects for development are not optimistic; the economic ties between China and Russia are relatively weak, and bilateral trade and investment increase. The speed is relatively slow, expect this situation with the political relationship between China and Russia continue to deepen and strengthen mutual trust can be changed. The Sino Russian relations in the new era of confrontation and is no longer a zero sum game, three requires the development of mutual cooperation, mutual benefit and win-win new relations, China initiative "The Belt and Road" will provide for the economic cooperation of three new Platform and mode.
