【摘要】：2016年三季度以来,全球贸易受世界经济复苏加快、全球大宗商品价格上涨等因素提振呈回暖趋势。与此同时,"逆全球化"思潮和贸易保护主义等外部环境正在对全球贸易发展前景形成威胁;全球产业结构变化与主要国家政策走向在很大程度上将影响下一步贸易走势。未来一段时间,全球贸易增长仍存在较大的不确定性,预计2017年全球贸易增速较2016年会有所回升。对此,我国应主动适应全球贸易形势和市场格局变化,加快实施市场多元化战略,拓展国际经贸合作空间,并以"一带一路"建设为契机,引领全球化发展和全球贸易增长。
[Abstract]:Global trade has picked up since the third quarter of 2016, boosted by a recovery in the world economy and rising global commodity prices. At the same time, the trend of "anti-globalization" and the external environment such as trade protectionism are threatening the development prospects of global trade, and the change of global industrial structure and the trend of major national policies will to a large extent affect the future trend of trade. Global trade growth remains uncertain for some time to come, and global trade growth is expected to pick up in 2017 from 2016. Therefore, China should take the initiative to adapt to the changes of global trade situation and market pattern, accelerate the implementation of market diversification strategy, expand the space for international economic and trade cooperation, and take the construction of "Belt and Road" as an opportunity to lead the development of globalization and the growth of global trade.
