【摘要】：习近平国际战略思想是中国外交和国际战略的指导思想,也是中国国际战略的新发展。其主要特点是:积极促进中华民族复兴与构建人类命运共同体的有机结合,强调实现中华民族复兴与构建人类命运共同体目标一致、道路相通;以"一带一路"建设引领国内发展与国际互利合作的深度融合,强调"一带一路"建设集中体现了开放发展、合作发展、共赢发展的精神,实现了中国对外开放和国际互利合作的创新,有利于维护地区稳定和世界和平;始终坚持和平发展与维护国家安全的协调一致,强调走和平发展道路是中国人民对实现自身发展目标的自信和自觉,有效维护国际安全是走和平发展道路的可靠保障;完整提出中国特色大国外交的指导方针,强调开展新型大国外交,构建以合作共赢为核心的新型国际关系,推动全球治理体制更加公正合理,统筹中国大国外交全方位整体战略布局。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping's international strategic thought is the guiding ideology of China's diplomacy and international strategy, as well as the new development of China's international strategy. Its main characteristics are as follows: actively promoting the organic combination of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the construction of the human destiny community, emphasizing that the realization of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the construction of the human destiny community have the same goal and the same path; "Belt and Road" construction leads the deep integration of domestic development and international mutually beneficial cooperation, and emphasizes that "Belt and Road" construction embodies the spirit of open development, cooperative development and win-win development. It has realized the innovation of China's opening up to the outside world and international mutually beneficial cooperation, which is conducive to safeguarding regional stability and world peace, and has always adhered to the harmony between peaceful development and safeguarding national security. Stressing that the path of peaceful development is the confidence and self-consciousness of the Chinese people in achieving their own development goals, and that effective maintenance of international security is a reliable guarantee for the path of peaceful development; and putting forward the guiding principles for the diplomacy of great powers with Chinese characteristics. It is emphasized to carry out the new type of great country diplomacy, to build a new type of international relations with cooperation and win-win as the core, to promote the global governance system to be more just and reasonable, and to coordinate the overall strategic layout of China's great power diplomacy.
