福建地方志茶俗资料探析

【摘要】：本文以建国前福建地方志为文献材料,整理与归纳其中茶俗部分,分析与总结了婚俗用茶、祭祀供茶、岁时饮茶、斗茶之俗等内容,以此梳理与观察福建地方茶文化、茶俗情况。同时,在"一带一路"战略背景下,建议加强茶俗文化的保护与传承。
[Abstract]:Based on the local chronicles of Fujian before the founding of the people's Republic of China, this paper collates and summarizes the tea customs, analyzes and summarizes the contents of the wedding custom tea, offering sacrifices to tea, drinking tea at the age of years, fighting tea and so on, in order to sort out and observe the local tea culture in Fujian. Tea is vulgar. At the same time, under the background of "Belt and Road" strategy, it is suggested to strengthen the protection and inheritance of tea culture.
