【摘要】：人类文明的发展进入了全球化程度不断加深和世界范围内的普遍交往不断扩大的阶段。在这个重要的历史时期,习近平总书记提出了"一带一路"倡议,这一倡议表明当代中华文明的对外交往是经济交往与文化交往、全球化与本土化、传承与创新三个方面的辩证统一。
