论我国“一带一路”海外投资的全球金融影响、市场约束及“敌意风险”治理

【摘要】：我国"一带一路"海外投资既是影响国际金融市场的关键变量又受到国际金融市场的约束,面临着系统性与非系统性的"敌意风险",需要政府部门和海外投资企业共同应对。企业之间的恶意竞争是导致中国"一带一路"海外投资"敌意风险"产生的主要原因,需要与沿路各国特别是投资东道国共同推进区域性与全球性的"敌意风险"治理机制构建。筹建丝绸之路贸易与投资合作组织(SRCOTI)、推进"一带一路"自由贸易区(BRFTA)建设,能够为我国"一带一路"海外投资和化解"敌意风险"创造良好的市场条件和制度环境。
[Abstract]:China's "Belt and Road" overseas investment is not only a key variable affecting the international financial market, but also constrained by the international financial market. It faces systemic and non-systematic "hostile risks", which requires both government departments and overseas investment enterprises to deal with it. Malicious competition among enterprises is the main reason for the "hostile risk" of China's "Belt and Road" overseas investment. It is necessary to promote the construction of regional and global "hostile risk" governance mechanism with countries along the road, especially investment host countries. The preparation of the Silk Road Trade and Investment Cooperation Organization (SRCOTI) and the construction of the "Belt and Road" Free Trade area can create good market conditions and institutional environment for the overseas investment of China's "Belt and Road" and the resolution of "hostile risks".
