构建中国企业海外投资保护体系——以日本经验为借鉴

【摘要】：本文通过借鉴日本政府海外投资保护制度,意在探讨在"一带一路"背景下,中国如何建立服务企业海外投资的保护体系,加快中国企业参与全球化竞争的步伐。中国海外投资保护不仅事关"一带一路"倡议能否顺利展开,还关乎中国在未来十年的产业发展和在全球的竞争力,因而具有重大的现实意义。
[Abstract]:By using the Japanese government's overseas investment protection system for reference, this paper intends to discuss how to establish a protection system for overseas investment of service enterprises in China under the background of "Belt and Road", so as to speed up the pace of Chinese enterprises participating in the globalization competition. China's overseas investment protection is not only related to whether Belt and Road's proposal can be carried out smoothly, but also to China's industrial development and global competitiveness in the next ten years, so it is of great practical significance.
