“一带一路”六大经济走廊首个国家科技支撑专项落地实施——中蒙俄国际经济走廊多学科联合考察项目启动

【摘要】:"一带一路"建设亟需科技支撑。由科技部立项的首个针对"一带一路"六大经济走廊建设的国家科技专项"中蒙俄国际经济走廊多学科联合考察"项目启动,将为"一带一路"和经济走廊建设提供基础科技和战略决策科学支撑,对于俄罗斯欧亚经济联盟、远东开发战略和万里茶道振兴计划以及蒙古草原丝绸之路战略与中国东北振兴战略具有重要的理论与实践意义。该项目内容和预期成果丰硕,重点考察中蒙俄国际经济走廊跨境地带"五带六区"不同空间尺度地理环境本底与格局、战略性资源格局与潜力、城市化与基础设施、社会经济与投资环境,获取相关数据,绘制专题图集,出版系列科学考察报告和提交战略咨询报告,建立信息网络共享平台。该项目将携手中蒙俄140多位科学家,推进多学科联合科学考察创新突破,促进多学科理论与方法交叉融合,应用信息技术和野外台站观测实验手段,依托"一带一路"国际科学家联盟建立的信息网络平台,开展"点、线、轴、带、面"新型国际科学考察。本刊将连续跟踪报道相关动态和成果。
[Abstract]:Belt and Road's construction needs the support of science and technology. The first national science and technology project for the construction of six major economic corridors of "Belt and Road", a joint multidisciplinary inspection of the international economic corridor between China, Mongolia and Russia, was launched by the Ministry of Science and Technology. It will provide scientific support for basic science and technology and strategic decision-making for the construction of "Belt and Road" and the economic corridor. For Russia's Eurasian Economic Union, The development strategy of far East, the plan of tea ceremony revitalization of Wanli, the strategy of Mongolian grassland Silk Road and the strategy of rejuvenation of Northeast China have important theoretical and practical significance. The project is rich in content and expected results, focusing on the background and pattern of different spatial scale geographical environment, strategic resource pattern and potential, urbanization and infrastructure in the international economic corridor between China, Mongolia and Russia. Social economy and investment environment, obtaining relevant data, drawing thematic atlas, publishing a series of scientific investigation reports and submitting strategic consultation reports, establishing information network sharing platform. The project will work with more than 140 scientists in China, Mongolia and Russia to promote scientific research and innovation breakthroughs in multidisciplinary joint research, to promote the cross-integration of multidisciplinary theories and methods, and to apply information technology and field observation and experimental means. Based on the information network platform established by Belt and Road International Union of scientists, a new type of international scientific investigation is carried out on points, lines, axes, belts and surfaces. The journal will continue to track related developments and results.
