“一带一路”背景下应用型俄语人才培养刍议

【摘要】：随着社会需求的不断增强,目前,我国高校的俄语人才培养显露出许多亟待解决的实际问题。从中俄高校合作办学的整体情况看,存在合作办学层次不高、俄方院校优质教育资源不足、中俄校企合作模式单一等问题。从俄语人才培养模式看,存在俄语专业人才培养方案与企业实际需求衔接不当、俄语教材中的知识内容与社会实际需求脱节、技术型及专家型俄语人才匮乏等问题。在"一带一路"背景下,要实现俄语教学的人才培养与社会需求互补,进而实现中俄校企合作的良性互动。
[Abstract]:With the increasing social demand, at present, the training of Russian talents in colleges and universities in China has revealed many practical problems to be solved urgently. The overall situation of Sino-Russian colleges and universities cooperation in running schools, there are some problems, such as the level of cooperation in running schools is not high, the quality education resources of Russian colleges and universities are insufficient, and the mode of cooperation between Chinese and Russian universities and enterprises is single. From the point of view of the training mode of Russian talents, there are some problems, such as the improper connection between the training scheme of Russian professionals and the actual needs of enterprises, the disconnection between the knowledge content in Russian textbooks and the actual needs of society, and the lack of technical and expert Russian talents. Under the background of Belt and Road Initiative, it is necessary to complement the personnel training and social needs of Russian teaching, and then realize the benign interaction between Chinese and Russian school-enterprise cooperation.
