“一带一路”倡议背景下加快推进中国自贸区战略发展的策略选择

【摘要】：在全球经济深度调整、国际经贸规则重构的新形势下,中国提出共建"一带一路"倡议,并大力推进同沿线国家的自贸区建设。本文通过梳理目前中国自贸区建设的推进情况,指出"一带一路"倡议与自贸区建设对接存在的问题,提出了通过积极推动在谈自由贸易协定落地,合理规划自贸区推进路线及结合国内自由贸易试验区建设等策略来加快推进中国自贸区战略发展的若干建议。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation of deep adjustment of the global economy and reconstruction of international economic and trade rules, China put forward the initiative of jointly building "Belt and Road Initiative" and vigorously promoted the construction of free trade zones with countries along the route. By combing the current situation of the construction of China's free trade zone, this paper points out the problems existing in the docking of the "Belt and Road Initiative" initiative and the construction of the free trade zone, and puts forward some suggestions for speeding up the strategic development of China's free trade zone by actively promoting the landing of the free trade agreement, reasonably planning the promotion route of the free trade zone and combining with the construction of the domestic free trade test zone.
