“一带一路”视阈下江西民营企业“走出去”方略探析

【摘要】：从"走出去"民营企业的成立时间、注册地区、注册资本、核准年份、投资区域、资金来源、行业归属和投资领域等角度,回顾近15年来江西民营企业"走出去"的历程。通过调研问卷梳理上规模民营企业"走出去"的主要动因和形式,从内外因两个角度探寻民营企业"走出去"的制约因素,在经济新常态背景下挖掘民营企业"走出去"的发展机遇。"一带一路"国家战略的提出为江西民营企业海外发展提供了广阔空间,民营企业应修炼"内功"、加强彼此合作、开拓"走出去"思路,政府部门、工商联、国有企业、金融机构、投资中介同样应发挥积极作用。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of the establishment time, registered area, registered capital, approval year, investment area, source of funds, industry ownership and investment field of "going out" private enterprises in Jiangxi Province in the past 15 years, this paper reviews the course of "going out" of private enterprises in Jiangxi Province in the past 15 years. Through the questionnaire, this paper combs the main motivation and form of "going out" of large-scale private enterprises, explores the restrictive factors of "going out" of private enterprises from two angles of internal and external reasons, and excavates the development opportunities of "going out" of private enterprises under the background of the new normal of economy. " Belt and Road Initiative's "national strategy" provides a broad space for the overseas development of Jiangxi private enterprises. Private enterprises should practice "internal skills", strengthen cooperation with each other, and open up the idea of "going out". Government departments, federations of industry and commerce, state-owned enterprises, financial institutions and investment intermediaries should also play a positive role.
