中国贸易优势重构:理论指导与战略支撑

【摘要】：中国在贸易创新的基础上发挥贸易优势成为贸易大国,在从贸易大国向贸易强国的转变过程中,传统比较优势弱化而竞争优势尚未形成。要素流动理论是衔接比较优势理论和竞争优势理论的桥梁,全球化下要素显现出新特征,基于要素双向流动的要素升级优化与集聚促成传统比较优势向贸易竞争优势转化。要素双向流动新开放型贸易战略的创新与自贸区、"一带一路"倡议相契合,为贸易优势的重构提供战略支撑。重构的贸易优势由企业、产业和国家三个层级构成,以要素双向流动为条件,以改善内外部环境、要素升级优化与集聚为来源,以提升贸易竞争力为目标,是由若干点、线、片和面贸易竞争优势交叉组成的立体贸易竞争优势。
[Abstract]:On the basis of trade innovation, China has brought into full play its trade advantage to become a big trading country. In the process of changing from a big trading country to a trading power, the traditional comparative advantage is weakened and the competitive advantage has not yet been formed. Factor flow theory is a bridge between comparative advantage theory and competitive advantage theory. under globalization, elements show new characteristics. Factor upgrading, optimization and agglomeration based on two-way flow of elements promote the transformation from traditional comparative advantage to trade competitive advantage. The innovation of the new open trade strategy of two-way flow of elements coincides with the free trade zone and the "Belt and Road Initiative" initiative, which provides strategic support for the reconstruction of trade advantages. The reconstructed trade advantage is composed of three levels: enterprise, industry and country, with the condition of two-way flow of factors, the improvement of internal and external environment, the optimization and agglomeration of factor upgrading, and the goal of enhancing trade competitiveness. It is a three-dimensional competitive advantage composed of several points, lines, slices and faces.
