【摘要】：对明清时期改土归流的评价,20世纪80年代至今的论述可谓汗牛充栋,其中的某些观点已成学术界的定论。笔者认为:土司制度是封建领主社会结构下的产物;民族内部经济与社会结构的变化是土司制度瓦解的动因;土司制度走向它的反面导致自身的加速崩溃。用社会学视野进行观察,明清之际的改土归流无疑属于一场区域性的政治体制改革。土司制度作为一种区域性特殊管理制度,其产生、兴旺、衰败到走向瓦解的过程,所反映的正是我们这样一个统一的多民族国家,在社会管理模式上,从粗犷到系统,从法制不健全,到封建法制开始趋于完善的这样一个过程。对于幅员辽阔、民族众多,地区差距悬殊的的这样一个国家,历史上的统治者要找到一条发展之路,显然并非易事,而且必然会付出各种各样的代价。这也正是我们在评价改土归流时,不能不注意到的一个重要方面。
[Abstract]:Evaluation of modified soil to the stream of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, since 1980s this is an immense number of books, which has some viewpoints in academic circles. The author believes that the chieftain system is the product of the feudal lords' social structure; the change of the economic and social structure within the nation is the reason for the disintegration of the Tusi system; the Tusi system goes to its opposite side and leads to its own accelerated collapse. With the view of sociology, the reversion to the soil at the time of the Ming and Qing Dynasties is undoubtedly a regional political system reform. The Tusi system as a special management system of a regional, its emergence, prosperity and decline to collapse, which is reflected in such a unified multi-ethnic country, in the social management pattern, from the rough to the system, the legal system is not perfect, the feudal legal system to start such a perfect process the. For such a country with vast territory, numerous nationalities and wide regional disparity, the rulers in history should find a way of development, which is obviously not easy and will cost at various costs. This is also one of the important aspects that we should not pay attention to when we evaluate the reversion of the soil.
