【摘要】： 黄河是中华民族的母亲河,孕育了中华文明,为两岸人民带来了富裕与繁荣;黄河也是一条害河,经常泛滥成灾,威胁广大人民的生命财产安全和影响王朝的统治。在自然灾害面前,人们积极采取各种措施进行防范和治理。中国的治黄史开始较早,历朝历代都将治理黄河视为关系到国民经济的大事来办。以少数民族为主体建立的金王朝也不例外。现代学术界对黄河问题仍十分关注,著作也较多。但是,长期以来人们对于金代黄河的研究较少,目前可以见到的论文也大多是从水利、灌溉等自然科学角度进行研究。此外,由于金朝先后与北宋和南宋相对峙,所以人们将研究这一时期黄河状况的着眼点放在宋朝,对金朝统治黄河期间发生的状况仅略加叙述,甚至在有的文章中将记录这一时期关于黄河的事件仍采用南宋的年号。然而金朝作为中国历史上的重要王朝之一,具有承前启后的伟大意义。研究金代黄河泛滥的情况及统治阶级对黄河的治理措施,不仅有助于了解金代社会的政治、经济等方面的状况,而且对于黄河治理的研究具有不可忽视的参考价值。尤为重要的是,在当今社会中仍具有现实意义。现存的各种文献史料或多或少地记录了金代黄河的泛滥情况,据此可从自然和社会两方面分析当时洪灾频繁发生的原因。金代河官们的治河主张存在着分歧,在河防工作中体现出来。金朝政府采取一系列的措施预防或减轻洪灾。在洪水发生时,金朝统治阶级制定出各项有针对性的赈济措施救助灾民。由于各种因素的制约,金代治黄仍存在不理想之处,治河工作未取得根本成功。频繁发生的河患给金代社会造成巨大的影响。因此黄河水患问题成为金朝后期由盛转衰的一个重要原因。但是,有金一代治理黄河的成功经验流传后世,这些为以后治黄工作的不断完善提供了借鉴作用。随着时代的发展,科技的进步,人们会将黄河流域治理的越来越好。
