秦简“归田农”考

【摘要】：正睡虎地秦简《司空律》记载:"居赀赎责(债)者归田农,种时、治苗时各二旬。""种时、治苗时各二旬"就是给居赀赎债的人在播种时和除草时各放假二十天,归家务农。这不是随意的规定,而是国家根据长时期农业生产经验的总结。关于这两个二十天的假期是在哪个时间段内,学术界尚未有人关注。笔者试着谈几点不成熟的看法,请专家批评指正。
