北魏外交制度研究

【摘要】： 外交是中国古代王朝统治事务的重要组成部分。北魏能够由中国北方一个相对弱小的少数民族游牧部落联盟,在群雄割据的乱世之中脱颖而出,最终统一北方,与南朝对峙,与其卓有成效的外交活动是分不开的。本文即从历史学和外交学的角度对北魏外交制度进行全面细致的考察。首先,在全面认识北魏外交制度前,为更好地理解和把握北魏外交制度产生的根源和背景,对北魏不同发展阶段的外交状况做了概括介绍。其次,对北魏中央主管外交事务的机构、中央及地方各级外交相关机构、外交决策的主要方式和特点也分别进行了详细的考察和论述。接下来,在此基础上,又具体探讨了北魏外交遣使制度、外交接待制度和外交文书制度,以便从各个角度展示北魏外交制度的整体风貌。
[Abstract]:Diplomacy is an important part of the affairs of the ancient Chinese dynasty. The Northern Wei Dynasty was able to be distinguished by a relatively weak nomadic tribal alliance of minority nationalities in the north of China, and finally unified the north and confronted the Southern Dynasty in the turbulent times of splittism. This paper makes a comprehensive and meticulous investigation of the diplomatic system of the Northern Wei Dynasty from the perspective of history and diplomacy. First, before the comprehensive understanding of the diplomatic system of the Northern Wei Dynasty, In order to better understand and grasp the origin and background of the diplomatic system of the Northern Wei Dynasty, the diplomatic situation of the Northern Wei Dynasty at different stages of its development is introduced. Secondly, the organs responsible for foreign affairs of the Central Committee of the Northern Wei Dynasty, the relevant organs of diplomacy at the central and local levels, are introduced. The main ways and characteristics of diplomatic decision-making are also investigated and discussed in detail. Then, on this basis, the system of diplomatic dispatch, the system of diplomatic reception and the system of diplomatic documents in the Northern Wei Dynasty are discussed in detail. In order to show the whole style of the diplomatic system of the Northern Wei Dynasty from various angles.
