《大清通礼》的法律地位

【摘要】：《大清通礼》是清代的国家礼典,集历代之大成,堪称古代礼仪法典的完备形态。在清代的法律体系中,《大清通礼》统帅诸礼,与国之政典《大清会典》、国之律典《大清律例》各有所重,相辅相成,共同发挥着调整贵贱尊卑和亲疏长幼关系,维护社会和谐秩序的重要作用。
[Abstract]:In the legal system of the Qing Dynasty, the "Daqing ceremony" is the national ceremony of the Qing Dynasty, which is a collection of the great achievements of the past dynasties, and it can be regarded as a complete form of the ancient etiquette code. In the legal system of the Qing Dynasty, the "Daqing ceremony" was the commander-in-chief of all the rites. It is important to adjust the relationship between the noble and the inferior, the relatives and the young, and to maintain the harmonious order of the society by combining with the political code of the country, the law of the Qing Dynasty, and the laws and regulations of the Qing Dynasty, each of which is heavy and complementary to each other.
