【摘要】：明代实施信牌、信票和路引制度,有效地对政府职能进行统制,协调上下级关系,规定严格的办理程序。对于人口流动也实施管理,发放路引为凭证,便于关卡查验,利于商贾经商和百姓探亲访友旅行。这些制度行之有效,值得借鉴。
[Abstract]:In the Ming Dynasty, the system of letter, ticket and road guide was implemented, the government functions were effectively controlled, the relationship between higher and lower levels was coordinated, strict procedures were stipulated. The management of population mobility was also carried out, and the road guide was issued as a voucher, so as to facilitate the examination of the checkpoints. It is beneficial for merchants to do business and people to visit relatives and friends. These systems are effective and worthy of reference.
