元代西北经济开发研究

【摘要】： 我国目前正在实施西部大开发。开发西部，应当以史为鉴。从历史的角度对中国历代开发西北进行全方位考察，重点在元代。元朝建立了大一统帝国后，从行政上加强了对西北地区的管制，使西北地区的行政区域有了定置，这为西北地区经济开发提供了保证。以忽必烈为代表的元朝统治者，本着“天下一家”的思想，积极推进西北地区和内地的经济交流和互补。为此，采取一系列有效措施，对西北地区的农牧业、工商业、交通等进行比较全面的开发，取得了一些新成果。如西北地区民族新格局及多元经济的形成；对黄河的开发，发现了真正河源，开通局部黄河漕运，在黄河开发史上占有重要地位；通过在西北地区设立驿站和加强对所立驿站的管理，，使当地交通状况得到前所未有的改观，对明清以降直至今天的交通都产生了很大影响；宁夏于元代正式定名，宁夏平原变成美丽的“塞上江南”，在元代奠定了基础。元代西北经济开发的重点是农业和交通建设。商业开发是促进西北地区多元经济形成和经济交流、互补的主要渠道。由于元代西北地区生态环境比较脆弱，自然灾害频繁，所以赈济救灾就是元朝政府保障西北经济开发能够顺利进行的一项必不可少的措施。就元代西北地区经济开发，我们可以总结经验教训，为今天西部开发提供历史借鉴。
[Abstract]:At present, China is carrying out the large-scale development of the western region.History should serve as a mirror for the development of the western region.From the historical point of view, the development of northwest China in all directions, focusing on the Yuan Dynasty.After the establishment of the Great Unification Empire in the Yuan Dynasty, the administrative control of the Northwest region was strengthened and the administrative region of the Northwest region was established, which provided the guarantee for the economic development of the Northwest region.The rulers of the Yuan Dynasty, represented by Hu Bilie, actively promoted the economic exchanges and complementarities between the northwest region and the interior in line with the idea of "one family under the world".Therefore, a series of effective measures have been taken to develop agriculture, animal husbandry, industry and commerce and transportation in Northwest China, and some new achievements have been made.For example, the new national pattern and the formation of pluralistic economy in Northwest China, the development of the Yellow River, the discovery of the real source of the Yellow River and the opening of local Yellow River canal transportation, play an important role in the history of Yellow River development.By setting up the post station in the northwest region and strengthening the management of the post station, the local traffic situation was improved unprecedented, which had a great influence on the traffic in the Ming and Qing dynasties until today; Ningxia was formally named in the Yuan Dynasty.Ningxia Plain became a beautiful "plug on the south of the Yangtze River", laid the foundation in the Yuan Dynasty.The focus of economic development in the northwest of the Yuan Dynasty was agriculture and traffic construction.Commercial development is the main channel to promote the formation of diversified economy and economic exchange in Northwest China.Because of the fragile ecological environment and frequent natural disasters in the northwest of Yuan Dynasty, relief and relief is an indispensable measure for the Yuan government to ensure the smooth development of the northwest economy.In the Yuan Dynasty, we can sum up the experience and lessons to provide historical reference for the development of the western region in the Yuan Dynasty.
