金代文职朝官的俸禄制度研究

【摘要】: 金代文职朝官的俸禄制度是金代官制的重要组成部分之一。本文以金代两次重大官制改革为线索,将金代俸禄制度发展演变过程划分为草创、发展、完备、破坏和废止四个阶段,探讨了各阶段俸禄制度的特点及其产生的原因。通过金代文职朝官的正俸与补贴数额,考察金代俸禄的名色、俸禄发放的标准与标准物,分析不同品级官员俸禄的差别,宗室与文职朝官俸禄的差别,进而阐述金代俸禄制度与官吏管理体制的关系,俸禄制度与经济发展状况的关系,以及俸禄制度在有金一代所发挥的重要作用。 本文通过对文职朝官俸禄的研究,认为金代俸禄制度有三个主要特点:其一,金代俸禄制度体现了鲜明的等级差别,百官俸禄高低差距悬殊;其二,金代俸禄制度体现了对女真宗室贵族的优遇政策;其三,金代俸禄中的俸钱由铜钱支付逐渐转为以交钞支付为主。
[Abstract]:The salary system of civil servants in Jin Dynasty is one of the important components of official system in Jin Dynasty. Based on two major official system reforms in the Jin Dynasty, this paper divides the evolution process of the salary system of the Jin Dynasty into four stages: creation, development, perfection, destruction and abolishment, and probes into the characteristics and causes of the salary system in each stage. Through the amount of official salaries and subsidies for civilian officials in the Jin Dynasty, this paper investigates the name and color of the salaries of the salaries of the Jin Dynasty, the standards and standard objects for the distribution of salaries, and analyzes the differences between the salaries of officials of different grades, the salaries of the clans and the salaries of the civil servants. Then it expounds the relationship between the salary system of Jin Dynasty and the management system of officials, the relationship between salary system and economic development, and the important role played by the salary system in the generation of gold. Based on the study of civil servants' salaries, this paper holds that there are three main characteristics of the salary system of the Jin Dynasty: first, the system of the salaries and salaries of the Jin Dynasty embodies the distinct difference in rank, the difference between the salaries of the hundred officials and the salaries is wide; the second is the difference between the salaries and salaries of the hundred officials. The salary system of the Jin Dynasty embodied the preferential policy for the nobility of the Nuzhen clan; third, the salary payment in the Jin Dynasty gradually changed from copper to banknote payment.
