试析宋代县衙中的层级关系——以《名公书判清明集》为中心

【摘要】：县令作为宋代县衙中的核心官员,它与县衙同僚以及与下级吏员之间的人事层级关系作为宋代县令制度中的一个重要内容,非常值得探讨。该文试图从《名公书判清明集》入手,结合宋代其他基本史料,尝试从县令的设置、属官与县令的政治关系以及下级吏人与县官的权力互动等方面来分析县衙的层级关系,并指出县衙中的层级关系实质是以县令为核心,上听命于州而下收权于县的高度稳定集权型的统治关系。
[Abstract]:As the core officials of the county government in the Song Dynasty, the personnel hierarchy relationship between the county government and its colleagues and the lower officials is an important part of the county order system in the Song Dynasty, which is very worthy of discussion. This paper attempts to analyze the hierarchical relationship of the county government from the following aspects: the collection of the famous Public Book and the judgment of Pure Brightness, combined with other basic historical data of the Song Dynasty, the setting of county orders, the political relationship between subordinate officials and county orders, and the power interaction between lower officials and county officials. It also points out that the hierarchical relationship in the county government is essentially a highly stable centralized ruling relationship with the county order as the core and the upper order as the state and the power under the state as the county.
