皇权与教化之间:西汉永光年间宗庙礼制改革的政治文化内涵

【摘要】:宣、元之际乃西汉政治文化一大转捩点,元帝永光年间由儒士倡导的宗庙礼制改革即为此转捩中之重要举措,寄托了他们对皇权"公共性"问题的思考。"庙议"中,儒士主张"亲尽迭毁"、君统高于宗统,努力祛除皇家宗庙祭祀中血缘共同体亲亲"私祭"的特征,从而赋予其国家"公祭"的尊尊性质,彰显出儒教对皇权乃"公权"而非"私器"的规训教化意味。皇权亦能通过鼓吹"祖宗功德"论等手段最大限度地兼顾家族利益与王朝意图。
[Abstract]:Xuan, Yuan Dynasty was a great turning point in the political culture of the Western Han Dynasty. The reform of the ritual system of the monastery initiated by the Confucian scholars during the period of the Emperor Yongguang in the Yuan Dynasty was an important measure in the transition, which implied their thinking on the issue of "commonality" of the imperial power. " In the Temple discussion, the Confucian scholars advocated that "the relatives should be destroyed at the same time", and that the monarch was superior to the monarch, and tried to dispel the characteristics of the relatives and relatives of the blood community in the sacrifice of the royal temple, so as to endow their country with the respect for the "public sacrifice". It shows that Confucianism is a "public power" rather than a "private device" to the imperial power. The imperial power can also maximize the interests of the family and the intention of the dynasty by advocating the theory of "ancestral merit".
