道光六年詹考祥著《灾赈刍言》

【摘要】：农书古籍《灾赈刍言》,道光六年高邮州州学镌刻印行,现藏安徽省图书馆。《灾赈刍言》具有重要学术价值,揭示了查赈和放赈两个重要环节存在的诸多弊病,并针对性地提出了解决之策,为深入研究清嘉道时期的赈济实况、基层吏治、地方社会以及深刻总结整个清代官方赈济的经验教训等,提供了珍贵的原始资料。迄今学界对《灾赈刍言》少有关注和利用,兹对其作者和内容略作考释,并将全文点校公布,以为研究之便。
[Abstract]:The ancient books of agriculture, "the ruminant words of disaster relief", Daoguang's six years of Gaoyou prefecture studies engraved, and the present collection of Anhui Province library. "disaster relief ruminant words" has important academic value, and has revealed many disadvantages existing in the two important links of checking and releasing relief. It provides valuable original materials for the in-depth study of the actual situation of relief in the Qing Dynasty, the administration of officials at the grass-roots level, the local society and the deep summing up of the experiences and lessons of the official relief in the whole Qing Dynasty. So far, the academic circles have paid little attention to and made use of the "ruminant words for disaster Relief". The author and content of the study are briefly studied, and the full text is published in order to facilitate the study.
